Korea Distribution Corporation to Pursue Supply Adjustment of 72,000 Tons of Radishes and Cabbage

The Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT) is pursuing a 'Vegetable Price Stabilization Support Project' totaling 72,000 tons this summer to stabilize radish and cabbage prices. The Vegetable Price Stabilization Support Project is a private sector cooperative supply stabilization initiative that guarantees a certain price level for radish and cabbage in exchange for supply adjustment obligations, aimed at establishing an autonomous and preemptive supply stabilization system in production and distribution fields. aT is responsible for the portion related to local distributors (local distribution corporations). Project funds for price compensation will be differentially paid according to market supply and price conditions.
