The Korea Fisheries Association (Chairman Jung Young-hoon) announced on the 5th that it is launching the 'K-FISH CHEF Expedition' as a global promotional project to showcase the excellence of Korean seafood products to the world. The 'K-FISH CHEF Expedition' is a project that collaborates with world-renowned chefs to introduce the excellence and value of Korean seafood products on the international stage. For this expedition, star chef Andre Rouche from the United States and Italian chef Fabrizio Ferrari have joined. The launch ceremony, held at the K-Seafood Media Studio in Gwangmyeong, also featured cooking demonstrations by the two chefs.
