In the first quarter of 2024, the Krasnoyarsk Territory of Russia, a prominent producer of rapeseed, successfully exported significant quantities of rapeseed products to China, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. Specifically, the region shipped 1,253 tons of rapeseed meal and 27,000 tons of rapeseed seeds via railway. Positioned within the Siberian Federal District and known for its vast area, the Krasnoyarsk Territory has demonstrated a robust capacity for rapeseed meal export, capable of handling up to 25 shipments monthly. This export performance highlights the strong international demand for rapeseed meal, which is valued for its nutritional benefits in animal feed, and underscores the territory's pivotal role in the agro-industrial sector.
