In the first ten months of 2024, Ukraine experienced a 2.9% decrease in live poultry imports compared to the same period in 2023, totaling 3.3 thousand tons. Despite the decrease in volume, the monetary value of these imports increased by 9% from 2023, amounting to $64 million. The main suppliers of live poultry to Ukraine during this period were Hungary, Germany, and Poland, accounting for 28.3%, 26.2%, and 22.7% of the imports, respectively.
