Ukraine has seen a significant increase in blueberry harvest, leading to a surge in supply and a decrease in prices. Despite the conflict, blueberry production has not been affected as the majority of cultivation is in northern, western, and central regions. The country has also continued exporting blueberries at the same rate as last year, despite the higher production. The war has also encouraged the growth of vegetables and berries in the Khmelnytskyi region, with cooperatives shifting their focus from berries to vegetables to support the population. The prices of fruits, vegetables, and berries are now influenced by logistics routes and fuel costs.
