Phitsanulok Province in Thailand is renowned for its high-quality Nam Dok Mai mangoes, with over 563 companies certified in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), covering 12% of the total mango plantation area. This certification enables exporting mangoes internationally. The Wang Nam Bo quality mango community enterprise group, led by Chonthicha Changpradit, is a notable example, having received the GAP certificate and being recognized as a model for GAP plant production. The group is currently resolving land title document issues. The Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives presented the GAP certificate to 10 farmers and visited GAP-certified mango production models, promoting sustainable pest control and encouraging the production of quality mangoes for export.
