The mango harvest has commenced in Alanya, Antalya, marking a rise in the production of the fruit every year due to the region's suitable climate. The mango cultivation area is expanding, with about 2 thousand decares already dedicated to the crop. Alanya Chamber of Agriculture President Tahir Göktepe emphasized the challenges and necessities of mango production, such as pruning and water management, and urged consumers to opt for domestically produced mangoes due to their superior taste and aroma.
