The National Mango Board (NMB) Week 34 report for the period ending August 24 shows a slight increase in mango volume shipped to the U.S. market compared to the same week last season. Approximately 2,730,024 boxes of mangoes, each weighing 4 kilograms, were shipped from Mexico, with 91% being Keitt variety. No mango shipments were made from Brazil this week due to logistical reasons. The total future volume of mango shipments from week 35 to week 40 is estimated to be 6% more than the previous year.
