Ukraine's market prices for cucumbers for the day rose by 22%

In the markets of the South of Ukraine, cucumber prices increased by 22% per day due to a decrease in offers from farmers. This is facilitated by reducing daylight and lowering the temperature. At the largest in Ukraine farmer's wholesale market Nezhdana in the village of Velyki Kopani in the Kherson region, a cucumber rose from UAH 35-55 / kg to UAH 50-60 / kg yesterday. At the wholesale market "Beginning" in Odessa, it costs 55-58 UAH / kg. Prices for zucchini in Velykyi Kopany also increased from 35 to 40 UAH / kg. At the same time, tomatoes are quite cheap: round red tomatoes cost 15-20 UAH / kg, the same price for pink and yellow ones. Black - not much more expensive: 20-25 UAH / kg.
