Modern touch to viticulture from Muğla Metropolitan Municipality

Under the protocol signed between Muğla Metropolitan Municipality and the Yeşilüzümlü Agricultural Development Cooperative, the first trial production was carried out. The harvested grapes will be processed at the wine production facility. Within the scope of the protocol, the facility located at Fethiye Karaçulha Wholesale Fruit and Vegetable Market was made available to the Cooperative. The facility, which will have a production capacity of 45 thousand bottles per year, will also have a capacity to process at least 3 tons of grapes per hour. Thus, the cooperative partners, who produce in a boutique manner, will be able to produce higher quality and branded products with the modern facility.
