In Spain, Mollý stresses that the organic production plan will make it possible to achieve the objectives set by the EU

The Minister of Agriculture of the Valencian Community, Mireia Mollý, has highlighted the "success" of the I Valencian Plan for Ecological Production 2016-2020 that will allow to achieve the objectives set by the EU. Mollý, accompanied by the president of the Valencian Community Ecological Agriculture Committee (CAECV), Josý Antonio Rico, has presented the study of the Ministry that collects the data by autonomous communities and allows to draw a comparative panorama at the state level. The data for the year 2019 reiterate the growth above the Spanish average in all indicators: 14.7% in certified area (4 times more than the state average), 8.9% in operators (compared to 6 , 3% national) and 11% in industrial activities (3 points above the average).
