Moquegua: Damages to crops assessed after heavy hailstorm recorded in Crucero

The regional director of Agriculture for Moquegua, Prescilio Alejandro Mamani Eugenio, traveled to the sector of the community of Crucero, in the district of Ichuña, General Sánchez Cerro province, with the objective of evaluating the damages caused by the heavy hailstorm recorded on February 4. During the visit, the head of the Agriculture sector verified the effects on various agricultural crops, including potatoes, corn, beans, alfalfa, barley, and oca, which form the productive base for the families in the area.
