The 'Top 10 High-Quality Brand Rice of Jeollanam-do' is selected through a rigorous screening process where brand rice recommended by cities and counties are randomly sampled from sales outlets and then evaluated by professional institutions through blind assessments, which include checks for variety mixing, grain quality and condition, safety, and taste evaluation.
