New fees are now in effect for land ownership services

With the introduction of Ordinance No. 197/26 September 2025, published in the State Gazette, Issue No. 80 of September 30, 2025, the fee schedule collected by the land ownership authorities is amended. The changes take effect from October 1, 2025, and affect services such as the issuance of decisions, certificates, changes in usage methods, and others. Here are the new prices (in leva and approximately in euros): What exactly has changed and why? The main change in Article 3, paragraph 1, is that a so-called "fee of 19.55 BGN" is now collected for the issuance of decisions, instead of the previous points 1, 2, and 3. In Article 5, paragraph 1, several positions have been updated: - For a change in the land use permit – 48.90 BGN (the previous value was lower). - For a certificate of restitution claims – 29.34 BGN.
