One of the largest grain market operators in Ukraine, "NIBULON," has transformed its terminal in Izmail into a regional river hub for niche crops and supplies to the EU, with the handling volumes at the facility being ten times lower than the peak figures of 2022-2023. "The volumes on the Danube are far from what they were during the peak period.
