Nonghyup Food has launched two types of instant rice using domestic rice. The new products, Korean Nonghyup Black Rice and Brown Rice, use 'superior' grade or higher quality domestic rice carefully selected from Nonghyup's Rice Processing Center (PRC), and the moisture content of each grain has been controlled to preserve a chewy texture. According to Nonghyup Food, the black rice is blended with white rice and glutinous black rice in a golden ratio to create a deeper flavor, while the brown rice is high-temperature pressure-processed to boast a soft texture. These products can be purchased at up to 15% off on Nonghyup Mall and Nonghyup Food's official Smart Store until the end of next month.
