Powdered rice has entered its third year of full-scale cultivation. Developed by the Rural Development Administration, powdered rice has seen its cultivation area expand from 1,927 hectares in 2023 to 8,500 hectares last year, and is expected to reach 10,000 hectares this year, driven by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs' 'Powdered Rice Industry Activation Policy'.
