Ukraine: Over 24,000 fry of red-listed fish have been replenished in Transcarpathian rivers

The reservoirs of the Transcarpathian region were stocked with more than 24,000 fry of Danube salmon and European grayling. This was reported by the State Fisheries Agency. In particular, 9,000 Danube salmon fry were released into the Tisza and Teresva rivers. Another 10.4 specimens and 4.8 thousand specimens of European grayling were introduced in the tracts of Chorna Rika, Sukhar, Kvasovets and Vilshanka in the Synevyr National Nature Park.
