DenizBank announced that the sustainability-themed syndication loan attracted over 1 billion dollars in demand. DenizBank renewed the first tranche of its sustainability-themed November 2024 syndication loan with a 176% demand, extending the term up to 3 years. The transaction, amounting to 648 million dollars, received over 1 billion dollars in demand. According to the announcement, the financing provided by 52 banks from 25 countries will be used to provide resources for projects that will create positive impacts in environmental or social areas, in full compliance with the bank's Sustainable Finance Framework; to strongly continue support for the growth and development opportunities of agriculture, women entrepreneurs, and SMEs.
