Total global coffee exports reach 150 million 60kg bags in the period from October 2023 to September 2024

The total total of coffee exports made by producing countries in the four major geographic regions of the planet that explore this agricultural activity, worldwide, namely South America, Asia & Oceania, Africa and Mexico & Central America, totaled a physical volume equivalent to 150 million 60kg bags, in the accumulated period of twelve months, specifically from October 2023 to September 2024. In this context, it is worth highlighting the fact that South America, which is the largest coffee producing region in the world, reached a physical volume of coffee exports equivalent to 66.13 million bags, a performance that represents 44% of the overall world total, in addition to a significant increase of 30.7% compared to the same previous period, in which 50.59 million 60kg bags were exported.
