The volume represents a growth of 26% compared to the same period in 2024. According to the IEA, "the current exported crop was 100% of São Paulo grains." Among the main destinations are Russia, with 22% of the volume; China, with 21%; Algeria, with 11%; and the Netherlands, with 7%. The institute also highlighted the significant increase in exports to the Chinese market, which reached 35 thousand tons in a short period. Currently, the national production is estimated at around 1 million tons, intended for the confectionery and oil segments.
