Peru inspects slaughterhouse in Itapúa to open its market to Paraguayan pork

The National Agrarian Health Service (Senasa) of the Republic of Peru sent its technicians to certify the process and quality of the pork from the UPISA Slaughterhouse, located in the department of Itapúa. This is a technical visit that includes a tour of the slaughterhouse, the central laboratory, a traffic control post, and an entry point of the institution.
