Peruvian Chamber of Coffee and Cocoa analyzes participation in New Zealand chocolate festival

The general manager of the Peruvian Chamber of Coffee and Cocoa, Antonio Arbe, met with the New Zealand ambassador, José Bustinza, to discuss Peru's possible participation in Chocstock, the largest artisanal chocolate festival in New Zealand. This event, whose slogan is “The Chocolate Festival for Adults,” will take place from June 21 to 23 of this year. It seeks to bring together chocolate lovers from New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands, promoting a direct connection between the industry and the consumer. Additionally, the festival emphasizes the use of ethically sourced cocoa and the production of chocolate using the bean-to-bar method, which recognizes the origin of the cocoa and respects the producers and the environment in which this plant grows.
