AE TA Agricultural Cooperative is currently managing 62 hectares of agricultural land in Tan Thang Commune, Quynh Luu District, Nghe An Province. Of which, 35 hectares are specialized in growing pineapples. Previously, pineapples were mainly cultivated in the traditional way, and consumption depended heavily on traders. In addition, the quality of pineapples was not high, and prices were unstable. Since 2022, Mr. Dau Phi Canh - Director of AE TA Agricultural Cooperative has decided to switch to growing pineapples according to Global GAP standards. First, the Cooperative decided to test planting 5 hectares of Queen and MD2 pineapples.
