Eight organizations of small producers from the Huánuco region have sold 2,270 tons of native potatoes worth S/4 million to the snack processing company Inka Crops. The potatoes,, part of the Capiro variety, will be delivered between December 2024 and March 2025 for use in Inka Crops' processed products. This deal aims to integrate small producers more into the snack market. The organizations, representing over 1,000 farmers, receive support and market access through Agromercado.
