The first Peruvian Cheese Show 2023

The first Peruvian Cheese Show, which will take place from August 11 to 13, at the Lima Convention Center, enters the calendar of large specialized fairs to promote cheese consumption in the country, with a productive offer and the exhibition machinery, equipment and inputs for the dairy industry. The event, organized by the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI) and the Ecumenical Center for Promotion and Social Action (CEDEPAS-Norte), seeks for consumers to learn about and enjoy the wide variety of cheeses for their flavor, aroma, color and texture, made from cow's, sheep's, goat's milk, as well as fusions with native inputs, creating cheeses in wine, with quinoa, fine herbs, pecans, rocoto, olives, among others. There are more than 50 varieties of cheeses available to the consuming public.
