Peruvian MSMEs recently participated in BioExpo 2021 in Warsaw, Poland, showcasing nine organic supply companies to international buyers. The fair is part of a larger strategy to promote Peruvian biodiversity and healthy eating trends in the European market. Poland, a dynamic EU economy and distribution hub, has imported various Peruvian agricultural products such as quinoa, nut, chestnut, and ginger, with total exports to Poland valued at US $16 million. These exports include fruits like mangoes and avocados, and vegetables like peppers and jalapeños, with a notable growth of 16% compared to the previous year.
