Ukraine's raspberry harvest this year has been adversely affected by weather conditions and labor shortages, resulting in significantly higher prices compared to the previous year. Households are selling lower quality raspberries at 35-40 hryvnia, which is double last year's price, while industrial enterprises are expected to sell high-quality raspberries for 75-80 hryvnia with VAT. Despite power outages, processing plants remain operational, and some are considering storing frozen berries in Europe due to increased prices in European markets.
