The funds are mainly from the federal budget—496.4 million rubles. According to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia as of October 9, subsidies for the support of the agricultural complex and rural territories of the North Caucasus Federal District have been allocated in the federal budget for 2025 in the amount of 19,836.23 million rubles. In particular, 728.99 million rubles have been set aside for the development of the industry and villages of the Republic of Ingushetia. The Stavropol Krai is in the first place in the North Caucasus Federal District in terms of the volume of federal allocations provided for (5,634.47 million rubles). Of the allocated federal budget funds, 14,194.24 million rubles have been delivered to subsidy recipients in the district, including 496.43 million rubles in Ingushetia.
