The price per kilogram of lemon branch has dropped to 2-3 TL, and tangerine prices dropped to 4-5 TL. However, Turkey's competitive chance has weakened as input costs have increased, and support is needed for producers and exporters to compete with their counterparts in Morocco, Tunisia, and Egypt.
