Ukraine is experiencing dry and warm weather, leading to a faster sunseed harvest but potentially reducing yield. Sunflower oil demand prices at the ports have increased to $920-930/t, while at the Ukraine-Poland border, they have decreased to $910-915/t. The export of sunflower oil from Ukraine has decreased by 48% in August compared to July. Sunflower meal export prices for delivery to ports have also increased due to rising feed wheat and corn prices. However, the increase in offers of rapeseed and soybean meal on the world market may soon stop this price increase.
