Russia: Roskachestvo prepares GOST for plant-based meat analogues

In the next 4 months, GOST standards for plant-based meat analogues will appear in Russia. This was announced by the head of Roskachestvo Maxim Protasov at the “Business Breakfast” in the “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”. “Plant-based alternatives to traditional foods are a fast-growing category.
