In the first part of the year, there has been a notable increase in tangerine imports into the country, with a total of 783.3 thousand tons imported, marking a 14.4% increase from the previous year. Turkey has emerged as the primary supplier, contributing 311.1 thousand tons, followed closely by Egypt with 148.9 thousand tons. China, South Africa, and Iran also played significant roles in the imports, accounting for 72.1 thousand tons, 58.2 thousand tons, and 44.7 thousand tons respectively.
