Belarus has experienced a 6.5% increase in agricultural and food product exports in the first seven months of 2020, generating $3.2 billion, which is $196.6 million more than the previous year. The country's exports have found their way to 101 countries, with new markets emerging in South Sudan, Bangladesh, and Niger. Notably, exports to China have seen a significant rise, with meat and meat products, milk, and rapeseed oil experiencing the highest growth. Despite a decrease in imports from Russia by 7.1%, Belarus continues to be its leading agricultural supplier within the CIS.
