Sanitary and Commercial Crisis in Patagonia due to SENASA Resolution

While trucks loaded with bone-in meat are already being turned back at National Service of Sanitation and Agri-Food Quality (SENASA) posts along the Colorado River for not meeting conditioning requirements (lack of double bagging), producer and lawyer Javier Perrote presented himself at the Federal Court in Viedma to add evidence of the "ostensible, certain, and quantifiable damage" caused by SENASA Resolution 460/25 to Patagonian ranchers, after Chile decided to close the passage of live cattle and meat from Argentina. At the same time, the Rural Society of Neuquén considered that "provincial governments should express themselves on this situation".
