Seafood exports from Norway in August 2023

Norway exported NOK 14.2 billion worth of seafood in August, according to the Norwegian Seafood Council. This is an increase of NOK 1.8 billion, or 15 percent, compared to the same month last year.
“The devaluation of the crown is the main reason for the increase in the value of exports. In August, the Norwegian krone was as much as 16 percent weaker against the euro than in the same month last year.
