Mayor Min-ho Choi said, "Since various projects are being promoted by each department, the system and organization of the main work plans may seem somewhat complex from the citizens' perspective," and instructed to organize the main work plans booklet by grouping key issue projects that are being promoted in cooperation with multiple departments.
