Peru is focusing on increasing the export of fresh onions and potatoes to Panama and exploring the inclusion of new Peruvian products in the Panamanian market. To achieve this, the national head of the National Agrarian Health Service (Senasa), Vilma Gutarra, had a meeting with the Panamanian Ambassador to Panama, Dante Pescetto Foppiano, and the Second Secretary of the Diplomatic Career, Walquiria Rodríguez. This strategy is expected to provide significant opportunities for small Peruvian producers, allowing them to expand their markets and enhance their competitiveness.
