Significant growth in Brazil: Mato Grosso increases its corn exports by 18%

Brazilian corn exports reached the mark of 55.86 million tons, according to data from the Secretariat of Foreign Trade, representing a notable increase of 29.42% compared to the previous year. Mato Grosso, the country's main producing state, played a significant role by contributing 52.15% of the total volume traded internationally. According to the Mato Grosso Institute of Agricultural Economics, Mato Grosso recorded the flow of 29.13 million tons of corn, reflecting a significant growth of 18.60% compared to the previous year.
