Sources say that the main agenda of this meeting was the export of beef, mutton, and live cattle from Kazakhstan to the Jordanian market.
Based on the meeting results and previous communications between veterinary departments of both sides, an agreement was reached to include six Kazakh enterprises in the list of exporters of livestock products such as beef and mutton to Jordan.
It is worth noting that Kazakhstan's meat product production and export volumes have been increasing year by year. In 2024, Kazakhstan exported over 30,000 tons of beef and mutton, including exports to Middle Eastern countries. Domestically produced products fully comply with international quality and safety standards and have been confirmed by the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH).
