South Korea has signed a contract to supply a large batch of corn

CJ International at a price of $235.99 per tonne (C&F, plus $1.25 per tonne for additional unloading at the port). The corn, likely originating in the US or South America, is due to arrive by September 28. Another batch of the same volume, purchased from trading house Freepoint for $235.49 per tonne (C&F, plus $1.50 for unloading), is due to arrive by October 10. Its origin may include South America, the US or South Africa. Two additional shipments of 66,000 tonnes each will be delivered by ADM at $235.35 per tonne (C&F, plus $1.25 for unloading).
