Spain: Producers emphasize that animal welfare must be economically sustainable

The technical conferences organized by the Regulatory Council of the Teruel Ham and Shoulder Denomination of Origin on the occasion of its fortieth anniversary brought together 90 professionals, both industrial and livestock farmers, this Tuesday with the aim of continuing to improve the product.
