The Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade warned bakeries and outlets not to keep ration cards for citizens of Egypt

The Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade warned all its approximately 40,000 outlets, including a catering grocer, a consumer complex, and two societies, as well as municipal bakeries dedicated to the production of subsidized loaves, which number about 30,000, not to keep citizens' ration cards. The Ministry of Supply stressed the imposition of deterrent penalties on anyone who violates these instructions, which may reach the final closure, in addition to the confiscation of the ration cards that are seized at the port or bakery, and the abolition of the support allocated to its beneficiaries.
