On October 15, in the communes of Nha Nam and Phuc Hoa (Bac Ninh), the National Agricultural Extension Center, in collaboration with the Bac Ninh Provincial Agricultural Extension Center, organized a program to provide technical support and supplies to help farmers restore agricultural production after the floods. This is part of the emergency support series from the national agricultural extension system to help farmers quickly stabilize production and sustainably respond to climate change. Hundreds of households in the severely affected areas received training and hands-on guidance on environmental treatment techniques, livestock care, pond and lake renovation, and land restoration. The National Agricultural Extension Center donated 200 liters of microbial preparations for treating livestock pens, aquaculture ponds, and 5 tons of organic fertilizer to restore fruit orchards for the people in the two localities.
