Brasília (05/11/2022) – The Confederation of Agriculture and Livestock of Brazil (CNA) assessed that the new Technical Regulation for Roasted Coffee, which defines the official standards for classifying the grain, ratifies the efforts of rural producers to add more more value and provide a quality product to the end consumer. The Ordinance of the Agricultural Defense Department 570/2022, which creates the new regulation, was signed on Tuesday (10), in a ceremony at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (Mapa), in Brasília (DF), and published on Wednesday ( 11) in the Official Gazette (DOU).
