The winners of the Cup of Excellence Brazil 2025 were announced last Saturday (1st). The event in São Paulo awarded 30 producers who stood out for the quality and innovation of this year's specialty coffees. The competition, promoted by the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association (BSCA) in partnership with ApexBrasil and the Alliance for Coffee Excellence (ACE), is considered the main global award in the sector. The state of Minas Gerais maintained its prominence, with highlights for coffees from the Mantiqueira, Cerrado, and Matas de Minas regions. In the Experimental category, which recognizes coffees submitted to controlled fermentations, the champion was the Ipanema Agrícola group, with a Geisha variety coffee produced at Fazenda Rio Verde in Conceição do Rio Verde (MG), which received 91.68 points.
