The Jeollanam-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services has announced the export of 9.6 tons of premium mushrooms, including Man-ga-dak and Enoki, to Vietnam. This initiative, which includes developing packaging designs and establishing a production base, aims to expand the market for these mushrooms known for their strong flavor and chewy texture. Previously exported to the US, Australia, and Japan, the mushrooms are now set to reach more Southeast Asian markets. Suan Farm CEO Min Joo-woon plans further expansion in the region, while Director Kim Haeng-ran focuses on developing export channels and providing technical support.
