Sebastián Castillo leads a company that is rooted in every link of the meat chain, from the production of pedigree breeders to the sale of meat for consumption and export. His generation is the fourth in his family dedicated to cattle farming, and they honor their ancestors. The Braford farm located in San José de Feliciano, Entre Ríos, is called Doña Ñata and the meat marketing company was named Abuelo Julio, in honor of two of Sebastián's grandfathers. The company has just launched AJ Black, a line of premium vacuum-packed meat cuts that can be purchased at the Braford Argentina Association stand at the Palermo Rural Exhibition. The family's cattle farming tradition spans several decades and generations, but the Abuelo Julio company, dedicated exclusively to the commercialization of meat, was born 5 years ago.
