"I warned the agrarians of our region as early as last autumn that there would be no yield," says Sergei Avramenkov. "Always at the time of sowing, or already in October-November, even if the upper horizons are dry, there was always moisture in the lower horizons. At the end of 2024, there was no moisture at all even at a depth of 1.5 m. And this already indicated that it would be a catastrophe," Sergei Avramenkov recounted.
