PUTRAJAYA: The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (KPKM) will review the provision of chicken egg subsidies for grades A, B and C if the supply recovers and stabilizes. Its minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu said the move to end the subsidy should be considered based on the successful end of the chicken subsidy which saved RM100 million a month. "Proposals have been submitted to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living, and are under consideration," he told reporters after the KPKM monthly meeting here today.
